Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

Our Solutions:

We will reply to you within 1 business day if you send us an e-mail. 

Here at Funky Chimp we don't just seek to keep you satisfied, we aim to make you want to come back for more!

Attention: please ensure your account email is correct so that you will receive an order confirmation after placing an order successfully. Order details will be included, such as order number. Please check out your email carefully. If still not, pay attention to your spam and remove our email from your blacklist.

Funky Chimp’s Responsibility:

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Funky Chimp is responsible for shipping the wrong item.

Your Responsibility:

1.Incorrect item received:
If you ordered an incorrect item/design, we can allow an exchange. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If you choose a refund, we will refund the original product price as soon as the items are returned. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

2.Unwanted items:
If you decide that you no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, you can report this to us within 30 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost, given that the items are unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging.
If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the payment method that you used when placing your order.
