We will reply to you within 1 business day if you send us an e-mail. 

Attention: please ensure your account email is correct so that you will receive an order confirmation after placing an order successfully. Order details will be included, such as order number. Please check out your email carefully. If still not, pay attention to your spam and remove our email from your blacklist.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

Our Solution:

 

If you ordered an incorrect item/design, we can allow an exchange. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If you choose a refund, we will refund the original product price as soon as the items are returned. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the payment method that you used when placing your order.
