Our 5K-10K Virtual Challenges are scheduled events. Unless specifically stated in an ongoing event challenge, order processing and shipping are scheduled Mondays and Thursdays. Orders that come in after 1PM will be processed on the next fulfillment schedule.
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete, accurate and entered in the correct format. The use of street numbers, building or apartment numbers, proper abbreviations, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. The company and the couriers will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to inaccurate shipping information. Moreover, lost, misplaced, or misdelivered packages due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information will not be the responsibility of the company.
It is also important to note that once a package has been shipped and already in transit, request for changes in order details or shipping information can no longer be accommodated.
In some instances, your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
